Assessment Initiative Mini-Grant Proposal Form

Proposals are due by March 26, 2010, and all applicants will be notified by April 16, 2010.  If funds are still available, another round will be opened in fall semester.

Please note: If this mini-grant is funded, you will be required to document the impact of the project in your Continuous Improvement Report.  You may also be called on to participate in an informal campus forum or a meeting with the Council on Institutional Effectiveness to share the impact of this grant.
